Why does it come with no plugs on it

The parts in the video do not match the parts shipped in my package. The cross bars dont attach. The pins shipped look nothing like what the actress used. Not seeing much value here.

How do we check for leaks???

Can we check to see if the light is on (the orange part inside the filter) while it’s in/under pond water?

I do not know how to test go a leak at first either??? Where are instructions for this step?

What comes of it when winter and below freezing temperatures arrive? I am considering buying one of these and am trying to asses the time and maintenance required before purchasing.

It is extremely hard to build and the liner splits during use without cause. Don't buy this product.

Do this have its own outlet like for the electric is it like battery-powered is itself self-powered like how do do I have to have an extension cord outside like how how would I get it electricity to run the pond the pump in the oxygen or lights or anything like that????

Just bought and very misleading. First absolutely no instructions came with the box. It doesnt tell you that there are two electric cords running from it. So now i have to have these two come out of the water and plug into an extension cord. So now i have to try to keep the transformer out of the water i have to try to keep the extension cord out of the water...... havent even got to put this in the pond yet and already hate it

If you have the money to buy this go ahead and pay someone to come put it together. It is genuinely awful to do. Super cute. But wow. Horrible putting it together.

Instead of putting the pads and biomedia. Could I just put lava rocks in there ?

Yall product doesn't even come with all of the parts too use it. Hooked it up and there is no valve control for the outgoing water. Just completely spews out the side and doesn't come out of the fountain at all, waste of money

Can’t find replacement bulb for light

Just ordered mine after almost a year of debating on it!! Can’t wait to get it set up and running so I can transfer the 6 month old exotic koi and goldfish I’ve been housing inside all winter to prepare for my first outdoor pond. This way I can grow start the growing process in the prized fish so that it gives me time until moving and building an actual pond over 1500+ gallons within next 2-3 years, hopefully.

The impeller is moving intermittently. Is there something wrong with the motor?

I’m guessing using one of these indoors would be a bad idea? Would be nice in my house with some plants.

I think mine is the 300 series, and been working fine for about 3 years, but recently I have had to remove and clean the impeller quite often,as it has completely tripped the electric box,, so i repeat the process and all is well for approx ten days, and then it just cuts out again, Can you offer me some help and advice as to why this is happening so often,or is it time to replace the pump once again.I will add after fixing it the pump strength seems perfectly normal.bfn Pete from Newark Notts.
